Job summary

Landscape Management Company, part of LUSA Group, is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Gainesville, GA team. You will oversee production, quality, staffing, safety, training, and performance of crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

The role supports Account Manager in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications include strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and Georgia driver’s

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely completion and quality of landscape maintenance services within portfolio.
• Monitor labor hours, direct costs, and indirect operating expenses.
• Train and mentor Crew Leaders to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and support Account Manager.
• Coordinate irrigation, pest control, and landscape enhancement projects.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and equipment maintained.
• Fill in for field positions as needed due to absences or needs.
