Job summary

VerdeGo Landscape in Florida is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead field crews and manage client jobs, ensuring high-quality, profitable work. You will supervise crews, monitor safety, control labor and material costs, and coordinate with Account Managers and shop to prepare equipment and supplies.

The role requires at least two years of commercial landscaping experience at foreman level or higher; a horticulture degree is preferred but not required, and Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of commercial landscaping experience at crew foreman level or higher.
• Horticulture-related degree is preferred but not required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with safety best practices for crews, public, and environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff and manage client jobs for high quality, profitable work.
• Follow policies to maintain operations and safety standards.
• Use landscape knowledge and labor/quality control to boost branch success.
• Monitor labor budgets and direct costs to meet income goals.
• Coordinate with Crew Leads, Account Managers, and Shop Manager for readiness.
• Schedule work in Aspire and approve daily crew time; ensure paperwork flow.
