Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of landscaping supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading lawn maintenance or landscaping crews.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping maintenance crew.
• Manage assigned truck, trailer, and landscaping equipment.
• Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, and pruning.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with management and crew members.
