Job summary

Georgia Environmental Landscape and Maintenance is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily landscape operations in Augusta. You will supervise field crews, ensure quality, and maintain safety while coordinating routes, equipment, and customer service across multiple properties.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance, strong leadership, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. This is a full-time on-site position with room for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in landscape maintenance with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance.
• Experience operating and maintaining commercial mowing and landscape equipment.
• Ability to supervise multiple crews and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work when necessary.
• Knowledge of irrigation, turf care, fertilization, and weed control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape maintenance crews and leaders.
• Assign routes, work orders, and property responsibilities.
• Ensure on-time arrival, proper gear, and policy adherence.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, performance, and professionalism.
• Train staff in landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety.
• Address performance issues and report to management.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure standards.
• Verify services are completed correctly.
• Identify and address deficiencies promptly.
• Manage equipment, fleet, and safety checks.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch to meet service requirements.
• Communicate weather delays and scheduling changes to management.
