Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a field crew supervisor in Rockville, MD to oversee day-to-day operations, schedule work, manage materials and equipment, and ensure safety and quality on client sites.

You will lead a crew, assign tasks, and drive cost-effective, timely completion while maintaining professional standards and OSHA compliance. Strong leadership and bilingual abilities are a plus for our diverse team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior work in landscaping or related industry.
• Must be hands-on and able to lead a crew.
• Willingness to learn English and improve language skills.
• Must have clean driving record and valid license.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laborers and ensure compliance with work orders and policies.
• Prepare crew and equipment for daily assignments; ensure safe loading and transport.
• Maintain a positive, proactive work style and team morale.
• Ensure on-time, safe, cost-effective completion of tasks.
• Report progress, hazards, and maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Leave each jobsite clean on departure.
