Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential or commercial landscape experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• DOT license is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality control through property inspections and client meetings.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate employees.
• Enforce safety guidelines and PPE usage.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Team Leaders.
