Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior work in industry.

• Must have clean driving record and supervisory/leadership experience in Kensington or Rockville.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laborers and ensure compliance with work orders and company policies.
• Prepare crew for daily assignments, including equipment and materials.
• Ensure safe loading, unloading and driving of trucks.
