Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior work in the landscaping/maintenance industry.
• Willingness to learn English.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must have supervisory/leadership experience in Kensington or Rockville.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned laborers and ensure compliance with work orders, policies, regulations and assignments.
• Ensure crew readiness for daily assignments, including equipment operation and materials.
• Arrive ready to depart the shop promptly at scheduled time.
• Ensure safe loading, unloading and driving of trucks.
• Lead and motivate crew; foster a positive, proactive work environment.
• Complete all tasks and daily work orders as directed; ensure quality and safety.
