• Understanding of maps and property boundaries.
• Solid reading and writing proficiency.
• Familiarity with operating smartphones and associated apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew members and ensure maintenance work meets contract specifications.
• Work with Account Managers for efficient maintenance service implementation.
• Provide training to crew members and prepare daily schedules.
• Participate in maintenance duties and oversee job sites.
• Assess job site needs and communicate with Account Managers.
