Clean Scapes in Austin, TX is seeking a Maintenance Crew Member – Driver to join our crew. This role offers hourly pay and local travel, supporting commercial landscape maintenance across sites.

You will work with Crew Leaders and Account Managers, operate company vehicles, handle equipment, and participate in training. No prior landscaping experience is required, but a valid license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior landscaping experience required; willingness to learn essential.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving history.
• Experience driving pickup trucks, box trucks, and/or trucks with trailers is preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute work under Crew Leaders and Account Managers.
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport crew and equipment.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload landscaping gear safely.
• Use hand tools and landscaping equipment proficiently.
• Perform duties of commercial landscape maintenance.
• Collaborate with diverse teams emphasizing communication and teamwork.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, trailers, and uniforms.
• Attend training and certifications as directed.
• Follow safety policies including safe driving and trailer operation.
• Other duties as assigned.
