Clean Scapes is looking for a talented Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our outdoor team and help deliver exceptional maintenance services for commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history.
• Ability to lead and promote safe, efficient teamwork.
• Strong reliability and communication, with integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Execute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers.
• Safely operate Clean Scapes vehicles to transport crew members, equipment, and materials to jobsites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload landscaping equipment, tools, and materials safely.
• Proficient use of various hand tools and landscaping equipment.
• Perform duties associated with commercial landscape maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds, emphasizing communication and teamwork.
• Take care of all equipment, materials, vehicles, trailers, and uniforms.
• Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors.
• Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines, including safe driving and trailer operation.

• Load, secure, transport, and unload landscaping equipment, tools, and materials safely.
• Proficient use of various hand tools and landscaping equipment.
• Perform duties associated with commercial landscape maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds, emphasizing communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
• Take care of all equipment, materials, vehicles, trailers, and uniforms.
• Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors.
• Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines, including safe driving and trailer operation.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

• Prior landscaping experience preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three (3) years of driving history required.
• Experience driving pickup trucks, box trucks, and/or trucks with trailers is preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
