Lewis Property Services seeks a Landscape Production Manager to oversee multiple landscape, hardscape, and irrigation projects. You will lead crew leaders, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure work runs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in landscape, hardscape and irrigation construction.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean history.
• Successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of landscape, hardscape and irrigation projects.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to complete phases on time.
• Evaluate equipment utilization and recommend future purchases.
• Develop training plans and train field crews.
