Qualifications

Valid Driver's License with driving record in good standing.
Minimum of 2+ years working experience in landscape/construction.
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscape construction.
Knowledge and experience using heavy equipment such as Skid Steer.
Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Clears out land and sets grade for landscape installation.
Loads and unloads trucks and hauls landscape components.
Prepares and grades terrain and installs drainage components.
Digs trenches and installs drainage components.
Digs holes for plants and trees using hand tools and heavy equipment.
Delegating tasks and overseeing the use of tools and equipment; recruiting and training crew members.
