Job summary

Steadfast Contractors Alliance in Bradenton, FL is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise crews and perform hands-on landscape installation and maintenance tasks in the field. You will lead by example, ensure safety and quality, coordinate day-to-day operations, and maintain strong client relations with residents and property managers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve job site issues and assist crew in solving work-related challenges.
• Serve as the on-site contact for residents, property managers, and customers.
• Communicate service needs and updates to management.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive customer experience at all times.
• Perform landscape maintenance and installation work alongside the crew.
• Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete assigned service requests and maintenance tasks.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage.
