Job summary

Steadfast Contractors Alliance in Bradenton, FL is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise crews and perform hands-on landscape installation and maintenance tasks in the field. This is ahands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are completedsafely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Position Summary

The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible forsupervising daily crew activities, coordinating job site operations, ensuringquality workmanship, and maintaining productive relationships with clients,residents, and property managers. Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

• Enforcecompany safety policies and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment(PPE).
• Conductdaily safety awareness and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Maintaincompliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety requirements.
• Inspectequipment and ensure proper maintenance and safe operating conditions.

Qualifications

Required

• ValidFlorida Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Minimum5 years of landscape maintenance, landscaping, grounds maintenance, orrelated industry experience.
• Minimum2 years of supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Strongleadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities.
• Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strongattention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular outdoor work in varyingweather conditions, including Florida heat, humidity, rain, and sun exposure.

Employees must be able to:

• Lift,push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds using proper safety procedures.
• Stand,walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extendedperiods.
