Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of landscape maintenance or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of landscape maintenance laborers.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Assign tasks and provide ongoing training and coaching.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and job site cleanliness.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for residents and property managers.
• Perform landscape maintenance and installation tasks alongside the crew.
• Enforce safety policies and proper PPE use.
• Inspect equipment and maintain safe operating conditions.
