Juniper is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise and work alongside a landscape construction crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. This role requires overseeing daily site operations, coordinating materials and equipment, and training crew members on installation techniques and safety.

We value bilingual English/Spanish abilities and experience with landscape construction.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscape construction projects.
• Previous supervisory role in field crews.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to operate landscape/earthmoving equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crew.
• Coordinating equipment and materials for each project.
• Supervising and training crew on installation techniques and safety.
• Maintaining project schedules and deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control on job sites.
• Safely operating loaders, skid steers, and excavators.
• Reading landscape plans and providing material layouts.
• Daily timekeeping for crew members.
