Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise and work alongside our landscape construction crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind.

You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate equipment and materials, train crew members on installation techniques and safety, manage schedules, and maintain quality control on job sites. Prior foreman experience in landscape construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crew
• Coordinating the equipment and materials needed for each project
• Supervising and training crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects
• Maintaining project schedules and completing landscape construction projects within deadlines
• Overseeing quality control on job sites
• Safely operating equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projects
• Loading/unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials
• Reading landscape plans and providing landscape material layouts
• Daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members
• Ensuring equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
