Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Irrigation Install Foreman to supervise a Landscape Construction crew and ensure irrigation installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Juniper’s standards. You will direct projects from start to finish, manage crew members, equipment, and materials, and coordinate with the project manager on changes and schedules.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of irrigation experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to read blueprints and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of irrigation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret residential and commercial landscape plans.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of blueprints.
• Valid US driver's license; ability to clear MVR.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Irrigation certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise irrigation techs and crew members on projects.
• Plan and schedule equipment and materials for irrigation installs.
• Monitor hours vs. budget and track changes.
• Maintain safe working environment and follow safety program.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Communicate and coordinate with project manager for change orders.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
