Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Irrigation Install Foreman to supervise a Landscape Construction crew and ensure irrigation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. You will direct projects from start to finish, overseeing employees, equipment, and materials for irrigation installs.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 2 years irrigation experience.
• Experience with residential and commercial landscape plans.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of blueprints.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Irrigation certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and directing irrigation techs and crew members on projects.
• Accountable for hours spent on projects vs. budgeted hours.
• Planning and scheduling equipment and materials for irrigation projects.
• Coordinating with project manager for change order requests.
• Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with safety program.
• Maintaining and managing equipment.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform irrigation duties.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
