Job summary

Jay-Crew Landscape is seeking a Foreman/Supervisor to manage year-round landscape maintenance, new installations, snow and ice management, and equipment operation for commercial projects in the Muncie/Indianapolis area. You will direct crews, monitor budgets, oversee tool and material use, and mentor staff to deliver top-tier service.

The role requires strong work ethic, outdoor aptitude, and the ability to lead teams, with clear communication to clients and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of hands-on field experience or one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication with clients, vendors and crew members.
• Ability to identify problems and resolve them promptly.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load daily materials and equipment to start each job on time.
• Direct crews to meet budgets for time and materials.
• Ensure safety and high level of service for clients.
• Maintain quality control and timely paperwork completion.
• Train Crew Members and oversee equipment operation.
• Report defects with trucks/equipment to Shop Manager.
