Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with hardscapes and water features preferred.
• English fluency (read/write/speak).
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily landscape installations including planting, grading, hardscapes, and features.
• Interpret landscape designs and communicate details clearly to crew.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners with professionalism.
• Train and mentor Landscape Crew Members on techniques, efficiency and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and inventory tracking.
• Troubleshoot field challenges and adapt plans to keep projects moving.
