Job summary

BrightView Landscape is seeking a Crew Leader to guide a 2+ person team in landscape installation and maintenance, including soil, planting, watering, and insect control. You will lead by example, ensure quality work, and drive safety on job sites.

Responsibilities include inspecting sites, coordinating schedules, operating equipment, and reading architectural drawings to meet client standards while pushing for efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of landscape install experience.
• Minimum one year in lawn care and landscaping with supervisory exposure.
• At least one year managing a two-person crew.
• CDL with a good driving record.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with safety emphasis, manage schedules and review charts.
