Job summary

GroundSystems in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on Crew Leader to manage a 1–4 member crew across landscaping enhancement projects. You will blend fieldwork with leadership to deliver high-quality service, efficient workflow, and team success in a year-round, full-time role.

The ideal candidate will have landscaping/groundskeeping experience, strong safety focus, and the ability to train and supervise while working outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required) and acceptable driving record
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Experience supervising a small team or crew
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations
• Ensuring quality control and project standards
• Training and supervising crew members
• Performing and guiding tasks such as: mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
• Perennial bed maintenance
• Equipment operation and upkeep
• Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite
• Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment

Skills
