Job summary

GroundSystems in Blue Ash, Ohio seeks a hands-on Crew Leader to manage landscaping operations and mentor a dedicated crew. This full-time role blends fieldwork with leadership to deliver high-quality work and efficient project execution.

You'll supervise daily tasks, train team members, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on enhancement projects across our service area. GroundSystems offers year-round work and opportunities to grow as a leader.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required).
• At least 20 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations
• Ensuring quality control and project standards
• Training and supervising crew members
• Performing and guiding tasks such as: Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
• Perennial bed maintenance
• Equipment operation and upkeep
• Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite; operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
