Position Core Profile

The Installation Crew Leader is responsible for leading landscape installation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to the company's quality and safety standards. This role combines hands-on field work with team supervision and requires strong horticultural knowledge, construction capabilities, and leadership skills. The Installation Leader plays a key role in translating landscape designs into functional, high-quality environments.

Accountabilities

Project Management and Planning

Working Conditions And Availability Disclosure

• Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, as well as regular use of hands and arms to perform manual labor and operate landscaping equipment. Employees must be able to lift and carry materials and tools weighing up to 50 pounds, with heavier lifting being team-assisted or reasonably accommodated. The role involves the operation of various landscaping tools and equipment such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and shovels. It also requires sufficient visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to safely perform detailed tasks and operate machinery. Additionally, the position may occasionally involve climbing or working at heights, including ladders, slopes, or uneven terrain.
• Work is regularly performed outdoors and exposes the employee to a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and sun. The job may require working on uneven terrain, near traffic or within active construction zones.
