Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is looking for a Crew Leader Enhancement in Agoura Hills, CA to oversee a 2+ person crew. You will lead hands-on landscape installation and maintenance, including soil, planting, watering, and insect control.

Responsibilities include meeting client standards, driving safety, training crew members, managing schedules, and reviewing charts and reports. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a valid driver's license and outdoor work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of landscape install experience.
At least 1 year experience in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience preferred.
At least 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew.
Valid Class C driver's license with a good record.
Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
Able to read architectural drawings.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work with others.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
Ensure that client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
