Qualifications

• Experience in landscape construction and maintenance.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and train a landscape crew of 2+ crew members.
• Coordinate and perform daily tasks including planting, mulching, pruning, edging, stone work and more.
• Ensure projects meet company quality and safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Track job progress and report completion, delays, or concerns.
• Safely operate landscape tools and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Participate in snow removal operations during the winter.
