Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, supervising a crew of 2-5 team members to deliver safe, high-quality service across maintenance, installation, and irrigation. This role emphasizes strong team leadership and client satisfaction.

You will schedule work, coordinate with the Operations Manager, ensure equipment maintenance, and train crew members while maintaining high standards of performance on each visit.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications are required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• A valid driver license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Supervise a crew of 2-5 team members and delegate tasks.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in line with company policies.
• Coordinate service execution with the Operations Manager.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and assist in training.
• Log crew time and equipment usage; ensure maintenance.
