Job summary

Tender Lawn Care is seeking a Foreman to lead a landscaping crew in West Michigan. The role covers installations, renovations, and maintenance of plants, trees, patios, and drainage systems. You will set grades, manage seasonal cleanups, mulch, and pruning processes.

Candidates should have 2+ years as a foreman in landscaping, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. CDL is a plus; weather tolerance is essential, with growth opportunities and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Foreman in the Landscaping Industry (if applying for crew lead).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions and temperatures.
• Extensive plant knowledge or a degree in horticulture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installations and renovations.
• Care for plants, trees, patios, retaining walls and drainage systems.
• Setting grades and site preparation.
• Spring and fall cleanups and mulch applications.
• Pruning and general landscape maintenance.
• Oversee, train, and manage a crew of one to three people.
