Zusammenfassung

Tender Lawn Care, a family‑owned landscape management and snowplowing company serving residential and commercial clients in West Michigan, is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a small crew and oversee installations, renovations and seasonal maintenance. You will set grades, manage crews of 1–3, and ensure work quality in varied weather conditions.

Applicants should have 2+ years as a foreman in landscaping, a valid license, a clean driving record, and preferably a CDL.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years' experience as a Foreman in the Landscaping Industry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• CDL preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
• Must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions and temperatures.
• Extensive plant knowledge or a degree in horticulture.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Occasional Saturdays and overtime as required

• Oversee, train, and manage a crew of one to three people
