Job summary

BrightView Memphis is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites. You will manage a 2–5 person crew to deliver maintenance, installation, irrigation support, and seasonal color work to BrightView standards.

You will supervise day-to-day site activities, ensure safety and quality, report to the Operations Manager, and help train crew members while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2–5 years leading landscape crews.
• Experience with maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color work preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily crew tasks and schedule work.
• Ensure safety and adherence to BrightView policies.
• Communicate with Operations Manager on client needs.
• Train and develop crew members.
• Capture crew time logs and equipment usage.
