This hands-on role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and clear communication. You’ll train crew members, plan workloads, and enforce company processes while maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping experience (required), specifically in a Crew Leader role.
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather and take pride in well-kept landscapes.
• Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic and honesty.
• Team player with good communication and support for others to get the job done right.
• Value structure and follow systems that help the team run smoothly.
• Comfortable using equipment and maintaining tools and vehicles.
