Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
• 2+ years leading a crew.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and safety‑focused.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and seasonal maintenance.
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely.
• Inspect job sites before and after service.
• Ensure work meets company quality standards.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Monitor safety practices.
• Communicate with management regarding schedules and customer needs.
• Complete timesheets and job documentation accurately.
