You will guide a small team, coordinate daily tasks, complete work within the scheduled window, and uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year landscaping/groundskeeping experience; 3 years preferred.
• Valid driver's license; must pass MVR/background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: perform pre/post inspections and ensure safety features are operational.
• Execution: review routes, complete jobs on time with quality and attention to detail.
• Equipment Operation: operate equipment safely, follow traffic laws and site protocols.
• Material Handling: handle materials safely and dispose appropriately.
• Reporting: report issues or safety concerns promptly to management.
• Professional Communication: maintain professional conduct with team and clients.
• Compliance & Documentation: complete logs and manifests accurately.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: respond to changes and resolve issues timely.
• Regular & Predictable Attendance: consistently report to work on time.
