Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape installation and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications for assigned projects.
• Perform landscape installation tasks, including planting and drainage installation.

Skills

Ability to motivate and lead subordinates

Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service

Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment and tools

Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and Superintendents

Bi-lingual English/Spanish

Education

At least 3 – 5 years commercial landscape installation experience

Valid driver license

CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 preferred
