Job summary

SS Landscaping is seeking a construction foreman to lead our on-site teams and ensure project requirements are met on time. This hands-on role involves reviewing plans with PMs, coordinating with clients, and managing daily field operations.

Located in Washington, Tacoma, we offer health benefits, paid time off, 401K matching, and yearly bonuses. The right candidate will have 5+ years of experience and a valid driver's license to operate heavy equipment on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading construction or landscaping projects.
• Ability to review plans and coordinate with PMs.
• Strong communication and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans with Project Managers or estimators before job start.
• Coordinate with owners, architects and homeowners as needed.
• Document changes and maintain daily reports and timesheets.
• Delegate tasks to subordinates to maximize on-site efficiency.
• Prepare critical paths and schedule materials, labor and equipment.
