Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial site development projects from inception to completion. You will coach and manage staff, supervise labor and subcontractors, ensure safety, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of landscape/construction experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in landscape, concrete, irrigation, and construction production techniques.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach, evaluate, and train staff and field workers in landscape construction services.
• Inspect field work; analyze and resolve problems; ensure work meets contract specs and budget.
