Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of commercial landscape experience required.
• Valid driver license issued by the state where employed is strongly preferred.
• Pesticide license issued by the state where employed or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for crew training and direction of crew activities.
• Facilitates conflict resolution between crew members.
• Supervises a crew of two to six employees.

Skills

Ability to safely operate commercial landscape equipment and tools

Demonstrate proper pruning techniques

Understand fertilization basics for turf and plants

Working knowledge of herbicide applications

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Strong commitment to high quality of work

Bi-lingual in English/Spanish

Education

3-5 years of commercial landscape experience

Valid driver's license

Pesticide license or ability to obtain
