Job summary

Refined Gardens in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead a small crew and manage daily field execution of high-end residential projects.

You will read landscape plans, lay out work, supervise 3–6 crew members, ensure safety, and coordinate with the Project Manager on progress, scheduling, and material needs. English/Spanish bilingual ability is strongly preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Landscape Construction Foreman or similar leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and project details.
• Strong leadership, training and crew accountability skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field activities for a 3–6 person crew, ensuring safety and quality.
• Read plans, layout sites, and identify conflicts before installation.
• Assign tasks, supervise workmanship, and maintain production pace.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on progress, materials and changes.
• Train crew on proper methods and standards; document field conditions.
