Qualificações

• Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field.
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate a crew.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate construction equipment safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 team members on outdoor construction and hardscape installation projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to guide accurate, efficient installation.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and job site logistics to keep work progressing toward project deadlines.
• Operate and maintain landscape construction equipment and machinery safely.
• Train and mentor crew members to strengthen their skills and support teamwork.
• Monitor project progress and workmanship to ensure quality, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies on every job site.
• Participate in snow operations during the winter months.
