Job summary

Mariani Premier Group is hiring an Enhancement Crew Supervisor to support the Enhancement Manager and Operations Manager. You will lead and train crews on drainage, planting, masonry, and site work while coordinating materials and time management to deliver projects on schedule.

Requirements include 3–5 years in landscape construction, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. This role is based at multiple company locations nationwide, with a focus on efficiency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 3-5 years' experience in landscape construction or related field.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Team oriented with strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enhancement crew leaders and crew members and related tasks.
• Inspect and set up enhancement jobs to meet quality standards as sold.
• Train crews in landscape construction practices, timekeeping, and materials handling.
• Work with crews to ensure work is done within budgeted hours and quantities.
• Liaise with in-house teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain positive relationships and uphold company culture.
• Handle administrative tasks like receipts, inventories, and time sheets.
• Willing to assist with other departments during peak times.
