Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading crews and managing performance.
• Experience in landscape construction methods, site work, and safety compliance.
• Budget tracking, schedule management, and resource planning.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Familiarity with construction management software/tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for landscape construction projects.
• Coordinate crews, schedule work, and ensure milestones are met.
• Supervise installation of landscape design, hardscapes, lighting and irrigation.
• Manage materials, equipment, and jobsite safety; maintain quality standards.
• Track progress, support budget management, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
• Review plans/specifications and prepare project reports; drive process improvements.
