Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Thorough understanding of landscape construction methods and development processes.
• Experience coordinating consultants and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to oversee projects from design through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
• Independently manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and municipal staff.
• Coordinate project consultants including civil engineers, irrigation designers, structural engineers, lighting consultants, and other team members.
• Monitor project budgets and keep projects on budget while meeting billing goals.
• Prepare and review landscape plans, specifications, and presentation materials.
• Conduct site visits and provide construction administration assistance.
• Participate in client presentations and project meetings.
• Assist with business development efforts and proposal preparation.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative office culture.
