Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising all personnel and production activities on shift.
• Maintain knowledge of production processes and equipment; report issues promptly.
• Ensure all plant discharges comply with established limits.
• Train, evaluate, and develop production staff to maintain high performance.
• Organize and coordinate workflow for efficient and smooth operations.
• Enforce company policies, rules, procedures, and safety regulations consistently.
• Take responsibility for processes, equipment, safety, housekeeping, and meeting production goals on shift.
• Participate in hiring, training, performance appraisals, and employee discipline as required.
• Address employee complaints and resolve work-related problems effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production and facility goals.
