Qualified candidates must be a North Carolina Registered Professional Land Surveyor with 5+ years of experience in land surveying, subdivision and topographic mapping, and in writing legal descriptions. Proficiency in Carlson Survey, GPS, AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required.

- Bachelor's degree preferred and North Carolina Registered Professional Land Surveyor required.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Land Surveying, Subdivision Mapping, Topographic Mapping and writing legal descriptions.
