Qualifications

• 5–10 years professional experience in land surveying, preferably in infill residential work.
• Deep familiarity with Santa Clara and San Mateo County parcel data, utilities, and city standards.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s surveying functions for residential developments.
• Produce and stamp boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys.
• Manage field data acquisition and ensure compliance with California PLS standards.
