Job summary
Actalent is seeking a Land Survey Project Manager to perform precise measurements for property boundaries and support engineering, mapping, and construction projects. The role involves topographic and boundary surveys, plats, flood certificates, and construction stakeout, collaborating with project managers and survey technicians to transition projects smoothly between phases.

Qualifications
- Experience in land surveying and project management.
- LS or LSIT certification required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Micro-Station, Carlson software, TBC and TGO, Topcon Civil Suite, and SurvCE.
- Knowledge of ALTA/ACSM standards and Virginia DPOR regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and municipal regulations, and Virginias CPSM.
- GIS and GPS technology proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform topographic and boundary surveys.
- Prepare plats, flood certificates, and construction stakeout.
- Work closely with project managers and survey technicians.
- Conduct field verification and quality control of survey data.
- Research land and survey records and land titles.
- Prepare plots, maps, and report deliverables.
