Qualifications

• Must have effective leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of surveying principles and local laws is required.
• Demonstrates strong math skills, including algebra and trigonometry.

Responsibilities

• Sign and seal survey documents.
• Plans, schedules and coordinates project technical aspects.
• Engages with clients to discuss project progress and firm performance.

Skills

Effective leader and communicator

Advanced knowledge of local survey laws

Intermediate to advanced skills in survey processing software

Strong math skills including algebra and trigonometry

Education

Licensed in Land Surveying or equivalent in Pennsylvania

6+ years of Land Survey experience

Tools

AutoCAD Civil 3D

GPS and robotic total stations
