CAGE Engineering is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead land development projects in the Venice, FL area. You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, and client relations while mentoring staff to deliver exceptional results that reflect the CAGE brand.

The role offers hybrid work with temporary remote arrangements and requires being within commuting distance of Tampa for in-person collaboration and project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in civil land development.
• PE license preferred (but not required).
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proven track record managing profitable projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering project teams and ensure high performance in design, coordination, and client satisfaction.
• Own project scope, schedules, and budgets while delivering profitable results.
• Mentor and develop team members by removing roadblocks to success.
• Collaborate with clients to build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and clearly define deliverables.
• Reinforce CAGE's brand promises through high-quality project delivery.
